What should I do if a component is damaged or not working properly?
If the product has a visible damage or is not working properly immediately unplug it from the power supply and wait for it to cool down completely.
Manufacturing defects are covered by a two-year legal warranty, if there there was no accidental damage or interventions by unqualified technicians.

How should I properly maintain the ironing board and iron?
The Andy Ironing System requires minimal maintenance and can be used with regular tap water, without using additives or distilled water. However, to ensure the product’s durability, it is recommended to clean the boiler periodically (about once every one or two months).
To clean the boiler, make sure the ironing board is turned off and completely cooled down, and Mimo iron is unplugged. Place a container under the boiler and unscrew the lower cap (there is an extendable drainage tube for easier operation). Then, unscrew the upper cap and pour water into the boiler using the dedicated refill bottle. Repeat this process twice.

How do I correctly use the Andy ironing system’s functions?
Andy’s professional ironing board features four functions, allowing full versatility in all ironing modes. The four functions are: vacuum, blowing, steam, and dry ironing.
The system can be used in “Hand Mode”, allowing you to iron using only your hands, and in “Classic Mode”, where the Mimo iron can be used in different combinations. Additionally, the Mimo iron can also be used independently as a vertical steam iron, using the upper button to rotate the base and the switch to activate the steam flow.

How do I safely store the product after use?
Once you have finished using the product and unplugged it, it is recommended to wait for it to cool down completely before storing it.
To store the product:
- Unplug the Mimo iron and place it in its dedicated storage bag.
- Push the lever under the ironing board to fold the legs.
- The product can also be stored vertically to save space.
